Column	What it holds
country	The portal market the listings are published on.
city	The city as the portal records it.
for_sale	Published listings for sale.
for_rent	Published listings for rent.
total	For sale plus for rent.
as_of	The date the counts were taken.

How the figures are produced

Counts published listings only, located in the portal’s own country — the rule the portals use for what a visitor can see. Unpublished and deleted listings are not counted.
A count describes the portal, not the whole market of a city.
