What a file holds

One row per country, city and week.

Column	What it holds
country	The portal market the listings are published on.
city	The city as the portal records it.
week_starting	The Monday the week begins on.
new_for_sale	Listings for sale first published that week.
new_for_rent	Listings for rent first published that week.

How the figures are produced

Counts published listings only, located in the portal’s own country — the rule the portals use for what a visitor can see. Unpublished and deleted listings are not counted.

Source: Not built yet. No query counts listings by the week they were first published.

Can be prepared for any of the 34 Housing Market Group country portals. How much a market holds depends on what is published on its portal.
